What to do on a Saturday night in late February after a busy and rainy week?

During intermission, we made these lovely Molten Mocha Cakes, a decadent yet simple recipe for two. Except it makes three if you use muffin tins instead of ramekins. Bonus.
February flew by and now it is almost March. Other than juggling school, work, and life, with a few fun date nights tossed in, we are busy looking at apartments since we are moving off campus in May.
We are so excited to get our Shiner back to our little family! The Lord is good and His timing is perfect!
