While Josh was away in Dallas for his interview a few weeks ago, I had some time on my hands. I pulled out my sewing things and went to work on some gifts for two new baby girls born in 2013 to some dear friends of ours both here in Lou and back home in TX.
Our friends, the Rutherfords, welcomed sweet Lucy Ann in late February. We love their two boys and were SO excited to meet Lucy. She is so precious!
In late January, our friends the Powells, welcomed Haley Mae. We have had some Facetime visits with her but can't wait to meet her in person later this Spring! We are so excited to be moving closer to the Powells and their two darling girls.
We have been so blessed by our friends and church family in Louisville! We are so sad to leave them and move away. We will definitely keep in touch and make visits back. We hope too that they come visit us in TX!
While we are sad to leave Lou, the move is certainly made easier by the fact that we will be near family and friends in TX, we can't wait!
