So halfway through your first pregnancy is a good time to start blogging again right? After a year of upheaval (upheaval = 3 moves) we are finding ourselves in a new place of increased stability and rest. There are still a few big unknowns up in the air but the Lord has been teaching us to have open hands and to abide. He is faithful.
I hope to journal these sweet weeks as we await our precious baby girl so that they don't slip away undocumented, the details of our days too easily forgotten.
Let's catch up on that bump.
Here she is starting to make an appearance at 17 weeks, the size of a little turnip at 5 inches long and 6 ounces.
Here she is at 18 weeks, now the size of a sweet potato at 6 inches and 7 ounces. Also, here I am on my first day in my 30's. This decade is going to be a good one!
Here she is at 19 weeks, she is the size of a mango (is that really larger than a sweet potato?), over 6 inches long and 8.5 ounces. I felt a strong little kick for the first time on Mother's Day which was a pretty sweet gift from our girl. She has been rockin' and rollin' ever since!
And now here she is at week 22. We found out she was a girl on May 27th at 20 weeks and were over the moon. Baby B is measuring a week ahead of schedule so is now the size of an eggplant at a foot long and 1.1 pounds. She is already growing up too fast!!

Ahhhh, your pregnant!! And adorable. So very happy for you. And, yes, keep blogging! I promise when she turns 3 she will love looking back at pictures and videos of when she was a baby. :o)
