This past weekend we had the pleasure of helping prepare for and then attend Josh's cousin Amy's wedding. It was so fun, as always, to catch up with the Brack clan.
Josh and I helped his cousin Julia and her fiance, Tony, prepare the rehearsal dinner feast. Tony's last name is Cacciatore, as in the Italian chicken dish, and he comes from a long line of Italian culinary masters. He planned and prepared for a delicious Italian extravaganza that included parmesan chicken, spaghetti with homemade meatballs and gravy (Italian for pasta sauce), salad, and buttery garlic bread.
Spending time with Julia is the best, I get to see all the Brack similarities that make Josh who he is. For example, it is difficult to get a normal photo of a Brack. They are always posing!! I love it:)
The salad dressing sombrero man? in capri pants?
We did manage to get get a few normal shots in...despite the creative headwear. Julia had asked us to wear fun headwear to make the event more festive. I think they were thinking fun, Italian headwear...clearly not the message Josh got. Did he care? Serving spaghetti and meatballs with a sombrero on your head? Of course not!
We love Tony and Julia, they are so fun to be around!! We had a great time getting everything ready and serving together!!!
From the looks on the bride and grooms faces, I think the meal was a great success!!!

I love the pictures!!
