After traipsing through the tulips, we came back into town and hiked a mile uphill to see this castle. We took a picture and then we took our fairly unimpressed selves back into town to see more sights.
The parliament buildings were amazing. There are over thirty domes on this thing!
The historic Empress Hotel has a commanding presence on the waterfront. We want to go back someday and stay at this lofty establishment. They are famous for their afternoon tea, what a fun treat!
