Last Thursday night Josh was away at a work retreat and I had an evening on my hands.

What does a girl do with a little free time?

Go to Target of course and browse for deals and inspiration.

After purchasing a sweet polka dot tankini, I headed to my friend Dana's house for a glass of wine and a little visit. I am so thankful for my Louisville church lady friends, they are the best.

I eventually moseyed on home, did a little cleaning all the while enjoying the beautiful roses my husband had left to remind me of his love while he was away.

Mmmm, so pretty.

Then the kitchen and living room were magically transformed into a sewing wonderland.

Shiner was great company.

One of my projects was a camera strap that has a little extra padding to ensure both comfort AND cuteness.

I did manage to fill my time while Josh was gone but I was sure glad for his return on Friday. Together again:)
