Derby Weekend

This past weekend we enjoyed visitors! Yay! We love having friends and family visit us in Louisville. It is so fun to show them around and give them a taste of our life here. Josh's cousin Jonathan and Jonathan's wife Katy Anne arrived on Friday for a weekend of birthday and Derby celebration. We started off on the right foot with a Cinco de May celebration at El Mundo for a yummy dinner with plenty of ritas. 

Then on Saturday, we got all gussied up and headed to the Kentucky Derby. 

It was a fun and crazy day full of sunshine, horses, and juleps! Over 80,000 people came out to celebrate my birthday...and I guess also to see the Derby:)

We had a great weekend and can't wait for our next visitors to arrive for Josh's graduation!
