Josh and I spent last week in the big D with his cousin Aaron and his wife Mandi. They are wonderful hosts and we had a great visit.
I went to class from Sunday through Wednesday and Josh kept busy playing with their lab puppy Ellie May and visiting with friends. On Monday night, Aaron and Mandi took us to a Ranger's game and Josh booed while I cheered as the Seattle Mariners gave the Rangers a beat down. To bad the next night, the Rangers returned the favor...
Josh also visited the Ft. Worth Zoo with Mandi.
We drove to Amarillo on Thursday and we are both enjoying the visit, especially with this cool weather, today the high is in the 70's!! I have been getting schoolwork done amidst afternoon naps and World Cup games. It is a wonderful respite after so much craziness!
