Legacy of Love

Josh and I have been greatly blessed by the unconditional love of our parents our whole lives.

Seriously, the fact that we both come from whole, loving, and Christ centered families is a unique and wonderful thing.

We have become increasingly aware of this blessing through our own marriage. Their example and legacy have taught us, encouraged us, and given us beautiful hope for our future together.

Through the challenges of this past year, trying to make big decisions about work and school, we have often felt overwhelmed and inadequate.

In the face of that, we have frequently turned to our parents for insight and advice. They are always available and ready to listen to us, offering words of wisdom, encouragement, and support.

The blessing of godly and loving parents has never felt bigger. I know that as our lives continue, our marriage grows, our jobs change, and we eventually become parents ourselves, the amazingness of our parents will only become even more real and great. 

What a gift!
